It is no small thing to have someone to share your life with. I am thankful for all the people I treasure in my life.
I have many cherished friends living with major, "invisible" health challenges. Everyday they work very hard to prevent others from knowing of their struggles. They work to "pass" as being just another face in the crowd.
I pulled myself away from writing on the manuscript to create this post:
Today, I slowdown . . . I ask to be made aware of all the abundance in my life. And with humility of heart, I express my deep, heartfelt gratitude.
You want wellness? Then, I say, "Follow your passion, something that inspires you!" I keep music playing where ever I may be. It uplifts me like nothing else, stirring my passion for life.
I read a bumper sticker once that read, "Life without music would be a mistake."
